We aim to dispatch products within 5 working days of purchase. All goods are sent by first class mail. 

Returns Policy

You can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days of the date the item was received. Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact, clothing should have labels still attached and a refund will be issued for the price you paid for the item.

Returning an item?
Please contact us directly and inform us of the reason you wish to return the item. Items must have been purchased directly from the  official Cobblers shop website.

Please include the payslip (original or copy) the order number and the reason for the return. Please use the original post packaging and the manufacturer's original package to return the item.

We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Policy

When you sending your item back to us (or for large items, delivered via designated courier), the returned item will be processed and we will notify you in due course via e-mail of your refund. A refund will be made usually within three weeks of receiving your returned item.
